Some day I will have a slow day and have to do the same. My brother started shaving his head when he was 32 or so. Since most of his hair was gone anyway, he figured he would beat nature to the joke and just shave it off.
Well, David, I'm not bald yet but I had been wanting to try this for a while. It's a bit severe but already, a day later, my scalp is starting to darken. I like the idea of beating other people to the joke, though.
gordo, looks great. i bet joanne loves it. i always get a buzz cut before a big race. i get a # 2. look good, feel good, race good? i wear my hair short as it "takes the grey right out of my hair" (anyone remember that stupid tv commercial?). my buddy david brooks (super fast runner) bought a home barber kit and buzzes his own head bald (it grows back fast). i have been thinking of doing the same. why pay the barber $15 each time? you look great gordo. definately a "sub 60 10km" doo you have! cheers mate. scotto
was reading some of the past blogs interesting reading, if you have time on your hands why don't you write a book the story about the seagull would be a good start

Thanks Scott! Of course, this was a wee bit more than a 'buzz cut' - this was more along the lines of 'the best a man can get'.
Looking good Gordon!
This is a GREAT idea for slow days! I gotta try it! ('',)
Oh no, Princesse - you've got lovely hair and besides, you're completely sane.
